Prior to co-founding Simplexity Outsourcing, Larry worked in the PEO industry with multiple PEO Companies where he quickly established his ability to become a top producer while compiling extensive knowledge in the industry.

Prior to the PEO industry, Larry was President/CEO of a technology company providing digital document solutions. As a start- up, this company quickly became one of the fastest growing companies representing almost 67% of their regional market share. Due to his vision, leadership and delivering a superior product and service, this company was acknowledged multiple “dealer of the year” awards with its vendors.

He places considerable interest in building and delivering superior products, services and relationships that will provide small businesses the capacity to compete and flourish.

Richard Murchison

Richard Murchison understands small businesses from the inside out.  With decades of experience as a CEO and business owner, he understands small business from the business owner’s unique perspective.  This perspective gives him the insight to understand the specific needs and goals of each company he serves and the ability to lead each one to its highest potential.

Richard’s extensive financial background and years in the PEO industry and management provide him with both the expertise and personal experience to give business owners a creative and financially sound plan for all their needs.

Prior to co-founding Simplexity Outsourcing, Richard was a leader in the PEO industry, owned and managed several companies over the last two decades in various fields: the financial industry, oil/gas industry, and business consulting. Through these experiences, he gained leadership, vision, and a desire to help others achieve their own success.
